Description
In the context of a pending merger between Granitar and an undisclosed company on the West coast, Christian was sent to California for 3 weeks to take on a leadership role during the scoping phase of this project: the conversion of an ASP site with a mix of hard-coded and database-enabled content to a Documentum-driven implementation. The local team was junior and not experienced with Content Management paradigms. Christian structured the approach, defined deliverables and initiated meetings and workshops with the client. He wrote large parts of the delivered documents:
