Description
PC Connection is a $1 Billion online computer retailer. Christian acted as a technical lead for a site redesign project and supported a strategy engagement for this client. He reverse-engineered the existing Endeca implementation and, together with the user experience lead, proposed improvements for search and navigation. He also analyzed the client's product management process and infrastructure and, together with the strategist, identified potential steps towards reduced time-to-market for new products and a higher conversion rate.
